Christopher Judge

Christopher Judge plays Teal’c

Teal’c is of the Jaffa race, and an authority on the Goa’uld, he was once a member of the Serpent Guards of the Goa’uld. When he joined SG-1, he left behind his wife and son. His wife has since died. Like all Jaffa, he carried a symbiote… a larval form of the Goa’uld, but now he has been able to live without the symbiote by taking a new drug called tretonin, distilled from Goa’uld symbiotes. Teal’c is motivated to defeat the Goa’uld and redeem himself for his past deeds.
